Guidelines for partners
To ensure the quality and reliability of our services, we only work with partners who meet the following criteria:
1. Experience and expertise
- Partner has a minimum of two years of demonstrable experience in the Spanish market, or can otherwise convincingly demonstrate relevant market knowledge.
- Partner has demonstrated expertise in his or her field, such as through education, certification or work experience.
- Partner can provide at least two references from satisfied customers at the start of the partnership.
2. Transparent working method
- Partner works in a clear and transparent manner, with good communication to clients.
- Before starting the work, the partner informs the client in writing of:
- the nature of the service;
- the expected costs (with a clear breakdown);
- the terms and conditions applied.
3. Legal and professional responsibility
- Partner operates in compliance with applicable European and local laws and regulations, including relevant permits where applicable.
- Partner has general terms and conditions that:
- comply with European consumer directives;
- include provisions on liability and dispute resolution;
- are available to the customer upon request in Dutch, English or Spanish.
4. Reliability and cooperation
- Partner acts in the best interest of the client and is transparent about any conflicts of interest.
- Partner contributes to Zorgeloos onder de Zon's reputation as a reliable and customer-oriented service provider.
